Elmina Plane Crash: remains of Datuk Seri Johari will be buried at the Raudhatul Sakinah Cemetery, Taman Selasih, Batu Caves today.

The remains of Pelangai State Assembly Member, the late Datuk Seri Johari Harun, who was involved in a plane crash near Elmina, Shah Alam U16 Section, will be buried at the Raudhatul Sakinah Cemetery, Taman Selasih, Batu Caves today.

Through the deceased's official Facebook sharing, the body is expected to be taken out of Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR), Klang at about 9 am.

"The remains will be prayed at Jamek Ar-Rahimiah Mosque, Klang for the first prayer.

"The body is then expected to arrive at the Saidina Hamzah Mosque, Jalan Batu Muda, Kuala Lumpur for the second funeral prayer at approximately 11am before burial at the Raudhatul Sakinah Cemetery, Taman Selasih, Batu Caves, at approximately 12 noon, " he said through a statement last night.

Yesterday, the deceased's widow, Datin Seri Maziah Samsudin arrived at about 11 am in a vehicle accompanied by several individuals who were seen entering the forensic building here.

It is understood that his presence is related to the identification of the deceased's remains.

Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan informed yesterday that all the nine bodies of the victims involved in this crash can be claimed at approximately 9am this morning at the HTAR Forensic Department.

"All matters involving the matching process of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) samples carried out previously have been resolved.

"All the identities of the bodies have been identified through efforts carried out before," he said at a press conference at the department's compound yesterday.

On Thursday, a total of 10 victims were confirmed dead in the crash of the private jet.

The victims consisted of eight passengers and the plane's crew, in addition to two civilians, a motorcyclist and a car driver who happened to be at the crash site.
