A video shared on a media site on Thursday showed that the shop had been raided by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) on Wednesday night.
Several DBKL officials were seen to have closed the premises with a temporary closure notice which was pasted on the door of the premises.
However, until now there has not been any statement issued by DBKL regarding the matter.
Earlier, an Arab sweets premises Zaitoun in Bukit Bintang was ordered to close and was charged with a compound after allegedly operating without a valid license on Saturday.
DBKL in a statement said that the DBKL Enforcement Department had previously carried out monitoring at the premises involved.
As a result of the monitoring carried out, it was found that the premises involved did not have a valid license from DBKL for any peddling activities.
A compound notice was issued in accordance with UUK3 (1) of the Hawker Licensing Act (WPKL) 2016 for carrying out business activities without a valid license from DBKL and the premises were also taken action to close immediately (SEALED) in accordance with Section 101(1)(v), Government Act Local 1976.
