THREE Israeli hostages will be released at 4 p.m. local time.
Three Israeli hostages are scheduled to be released at 4 p.m., with four more women expected to follow within a week.
The ceasefire in Gaza began at 11.15am, delayed due to the issue of the list of released hostages.
Hamas and Israel exchanged names of hostages amid a tense situation, with the offensive taking place before the ceasefire began.
In fact, the Israeli Prime Minister's office said at the same time that four more female hostages were expected to be released within a week. The ceasefire in Gaza between Israel and Hamas began at 11.15am local time on Sunday.
Earlier, a ceasefire agreement that was supposed to start at 6.30am was delayed with Israel claiming it would not start as long as Hamas did not provide a list of hostages to be released.
Even a huge explosion was heard in Gaza after the deal was delayed.
The Zionist regime's attack was carried out at 7 a.m. local time about 30 minutes after the ceasefire was supposed to begin.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Hamas military wing in a telegram post quoted by Reuters said it released a list of three Israeli hostages who were released on the first day of the ceasefire.
Hamas officials said the delay in handing over the hostage list was due to technical problems.
In fact, Israel said it had received the three names to be released.
