Astro is proud to be recognized globally once again by taking home 16 awards at this year's Asian Academy Creative Awards (AAAs), held in Singapore on 28 September 2023.

Astro is proud to be recognized globally once again by taking home 16 awards at this year's Asian Academy Creative Awards (AAAs), held in Singapore on 28 September 2023.
Astro is proud to achieve global recognition once again by taking home 16 awards at this year's Asian Academy Creative Awards (AAA's), held in Singapore on 28 September 2023.
Among the notable awards won include One Cent Thief for Best Drama Series, Polis Evo 3 for Best Feature Film, Mechamato Movie for Best Animated Program or Series (2D or 3D) and Debunk for Best Comedy Program. Wild, Astro's series adapted from the BAFTA nomination of the same name, took home the award for Best Adaptation of an Existing Format.

Astro is synonymous with creating premium local content and bringing real stories to Malaysians. Astro has won 16 national awards across 36 categories in this year's inaugural event. This recognition has given Astro the honor of representing Malaysia in these categories, competing with 16 other countries in the Asia Pacific region. The awards stage is set for the Grand Awards and Final Gala where Astro will compete for the prestigious AAA gold trophy at the historic Chijmes Hall in Singapore, on 6 December 2023.
The Asian Academy Creative Awards (AAA's) were established to recognize the creative industry as the pinnacle of their achievements in content creation and media production. Open to the entire Asia Pacific region, AAA recognizes excellence across multiple platforms including television, film, digital, mobile, streaming and any new technology.
