KUCHING: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today chaired the Cabinet Meeting, at Wisma Bapa Malaysia, here.
The presence of Anwar who is also the Minister of Finance at Wisma Bapa Malaysia at 2.20 pm, was welcomed by Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
Also present at the meeting which lasted about three hours were both Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
Almost all Cabinet Ministers were present including Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil, Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli, Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook and Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek.
Immediately after the meeting at about 6pm, Anwar left the guesthouse to attend the Malaysia Day celebrations at the Perpaduan Stadium, here tonight.
