KUALA LUMPUR, June 5 (Bernama) -- The search has now begun to select a woman who is married but still elegant and charming to be crowned as Mrs Malaysia World 2023.
Mrs Malaysia World National Director and Mrs Malaysia World Sdn Bhd Managing Director Datin Harveen Kaur said 15 finalists were selected through a national audition on May 28.
"In support of Mental Health Awareness Month (in May), all contestants who attend the audition wear green pants according to this year's theme, which is Look Around, Look Within ," he told Bernama today.
The final stage for the beauty pageant is scheduled for Sept 3.
Harveen Kaur also said 2023 is the fifth anniversary of the establishment of Mrs Malaysia World Sdn Bhd.
The company was founded in 2018 by Datuk Dr Kattayat Mohandas, a leading optician based in Kuala Lumpur.
Mrs Malaysia World organized by the company is the only official initial event for Mrs World which is a beauty pageant for married women in the world founded by the late David Marmel in 1984.
