PETALING JAYA: The parents of Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin were seen leaving the Petaling Jaya Court Complex at 12.45pm, on Thursday, after being bailed at RM10,000 each.
The couple have been remanded since June 1 and face charges of neglecting the autistic child in a manner likely to cause him physical harm in December last year.
However, Zaim Ikhwan Zahari and Ismanira Abdul, each 29 years old, pleaded not guilty as soon as the charges were presented against them before Judge Dr Syahliza Warnoh.
While leaving the court grounds, the couple wore normal clothes and were taken in a Perodua Myvi car before leaving the Petaling Jaya Court Complex.
