SHAH ALAM: Police are investigating the spread of photos showing the state of injuries on the body of Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin.

Meanwhile, Petaling Jaya District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Shahrulnizam Ja'afar said, a report was made by a senior police officer at 12.15pm on Sunday.
Based on the viral statement, it is believed that the photo was taken during the post-mortem procedure.
The picture was uploaded on the smartphone application, Telegram since last night.
On December 6 last year, Zayn Rayyan's body was found in a creek near the Idaman Damansara Damai Apartment area at 10pm.
The victim's body was found by a group of residents who carried out a search operation before the police confirmed that the victim was believed to have been killed following an autopsy finding injuries to the child's neck and body that were related to criminal acts.
Following that, on May 31, the police confirmed the arrest of Zayn Rayyan's parents before being charged at the Petaling Jaya Court on June 12 under the Children Act 2001.
Previously, the child murder investigation paper went viral on the same application.
On June 14, Sinar Harian reported that the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will work with the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) to investigate the spread of investigation papers into the death of an autistic child, Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin, on the Telegram application.
Minister of Communications, Fahmi Fadzil, explained that the parties who spread the investigation papers can be taken action because the case involved is now at the court level
