Mohd Khalid appointed Director of the Special Branch effective May 8

KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Director of Special Branch I Datuk Mohd Khalid Ismail was appointed as the new Special Branch Director effective May 8.
Royal Malaysian Police Secretary Datuk Noorsiah Mohd Saaduddin in a statement today informed that Mohd Khalid will shoulder the responsibility by acting as VUYA5 (JUSA A) grade.
He said the appointment of Mohd Khalid is to replace Datuk Baharuddin Ahmad who will be transferred to the National Security Council (MKN).
"At MKN, Baharuddin will take up the position of Deputy Director General of National Security (Strategic Communications)," he said.
Mohd Khalid was appointed as Deputy Director of Special Branch I on 25 Oct 2022.
