"There are a series of follow-up actions, and for the Memorandum of Understanding and investment signed from the previous visit, he (Anwar) implemented follow-up actions with his office and all the necessary departments," he said.

Rafizi said this to reporters after attending the Power Chat of the Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) and the launch of the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneur Convention (WCEC) here today.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to make a second visit to China to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) 2023 in Nanning, China on Sept 17 to further strengthen relations between the two countries and in preparation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Malaysian relations. -China next year.

According to Rafizi, the leadership relationship between Anwar and China is good, which has seen various meetings held in addition to ongoing discussions from time to time.

"Such a relationship not only strengthens cooperation between governments, but also facilitates more investment and cross-border investment between Malaysian and Chinese companies," he said.
