BPN 2.0: Apply by Nov 15

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 -- The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has urged members of the public who did not receive the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) previously but meet the requirements to apply for the BPN 2.0 cash aid by Nov 15.
In a statement today, it said applications could be made online at https://bpn.hasil.gov.my/.
The application conditions and frequently asked questions (FAQ) on the assistance can also be downloaded from the portal.
"As announced by the government, BPN 2.0 is a government initiative under the PRIHATIN Supplementary Initiative Package (Kita Prihatin) to help people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“For new applications which have been approved, the payments will be made in January 2021,” it said.
The public can direct enquiries or feedback to the IRB through its Hasil Care Line at 03-89111000 or 603-89111100 (for overseas); HASiL Live Chat; and by filling out its feedback form available on the official portal at https://maklumbalaspelanggan.hasil.gov.my/MaklumBalas/ms-my/.
