PPj receives international award for OSC 3.0 system

PUTRAJAYA, Oct 23 -- The One Stop Centre (OSC) 3.0 monitoring system developed by Putrajaya Corporation (PPj) has won the Future Government Award during the 2020 Dubai Future City Awards, held virtually in conjunction with the 2020 Digital Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) from Oct 20-22.
The corporation in a statement today said it was the first international award received for the system and the meeting was an innovation contest organised by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Economy, which gathered global investment expert community under one virtual platform.
According to the statement, the OSC 3.0 is capable of receiving, processing, approving and monitoring all stages of planning, development, landscape, infrastructure and renovation of a project until the certificate of completion and compliance (CCC) is issued.
It said the system had received various awards and recognitions in the local arena such as Malaysia Institute of Planners (MIP) 2018 President Award for Planning Excellence; Golden Award at 2019 Regional Team Excellence by Malaysia Productivity Corporation; Five Gold Stars Award and winner under public category at 2019 Annual Productivity & Innovation Conference (APIC).
PPj said the OSC 3.0 system would also be made as the benchmark for the development of OSC 3 Plus system by Housing and Local Government Ministry, to be adopted by several local authorities.
