Several areas in Klang will be experiencing temporary water supply disruption from 9pm Thursday until 6am on Oct 28.

In a statement, Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) said the water disruption was to make way for emergency repair works on a leaking valve on the 1,850mm main pipe at Jalan Teratai, Off Jalan Meru in Klang.

Water supply will be restored in stages within 24 hours after repair works are completed.

"Customers are advised to store sufficient water supply before the start of repair works and to use water prudently," it said in the statement

Relief water supply will be delivered by water tankers to the affected areas.
