A MAN was caught on camera sodomising a dog in Teluk Intan.
The incident came to light after the owner of an auto repair shop went through CCTV footage upon returning to work after the Deepavali holidays and saw the man committing the heinous act.
Oriental Daily reported that the video of the incident on Wednesday morning at Jalan Changkat Jong showed a bulky man walking past the front gate of the shop with a dog slung over his shoulder.
Holding the dog’s hind legs, he proceeded to sodomise the animal, which tried to escape several times but failed.
According to the shop owner, the man was homeless and mentally disturbed, while the dog was a stray from around the area.
Footage of the act was circulated on many dog lovers’ pages on Facebook and caused an outcry among netizens.
