In just over a year, Naelofar Hijab has become one of Malaysia’s biggest headscarf brands and now, the company is celebrating the grand opening of their second outlet.
An array of exciting activities greeted visitors to the outlet, ranging from styling sessions by the one and only Didiyana Ehsan, a LIVE Demo of the production process including the sewing process until the final embellishing of the design using Swarovski crystals and Swarovski dragonfly pave pendant, and exclusive customisable hijabs which are limited to 200 pieces only!
It is no wonder so many flocked to the outlet to attend the launch party yesterday (1 Mar) afternoon in Publika.
In an interview, Noor Neelofa Mohd. Noor, popularly known as Neelofa, said it has always been a dream of hers to open up a store in Publika, as she too often finds herself here. As to her future plans, she hopes her aspirations to making her brand internationally known will become a reality.
In contrast to her first boutique in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail that opens up to 6pm, this second outlet will be open to public from 10am to 10pm and Neelofa admits this will introduce their products to a new kind of audience as Publika attracts plenty of foreign visitors and it will more accessible for their existing fan base as well.
A mini fashion show was also held during the opening where four stunning ladies donned their latest Lady Lofa Luxe scarves in different hijab styles so customers will know their options.
The crowds attention was mostly focused on the beautiful Lady Lofa Luxe scarves that is customisable according to individual preferences. Customers can pick their favourite colour for their hijab and then personalise it with the Swarovski crystals of their choice as the process will be done on the spot.
Neelofa also announced some exciting news for Naelofar Hijab’s stockist whereby as of April, Naelofar Hijab will be organising a mini road tour by visiting stockists’ boutiques across the nation as an initiative from HQ to strengthen the relationship between the management team and the stockists as well as to find out the problems faced by stockists so issues can be resolved as a team.
The chairman and sales director of NH Prima International Sdn Bhd, Datin Noor Kartini and Noor Sara Dinna will be leading this tour.
Their success in expanding their business locally and internationally has been widely acknowledged by various institutions and government agencies.
In just a few short years since it was established, Naelofar Hijab has also garnered numerous awards including the SME & Entrepreneurship Award which Neelofa received at a prestigious event held in JW Marriot, Kuala Lumpur in January.
