A risky business but transgender duo do it for the money
PETALING JAYA: She and Sha have a shared history. Having worked on the streets as sex workers in the past, the two transgender people have now chosen to be home-based.
Both also had jobs in hotels but quit because they could not bear the discrimination, plus sex work paid more in those days.
They now get clients through various social networks and websites and work a few days in a week.
They normally post a photograph of themselves but do not openly say they are sex workers for fear of being caught and provide their contact numbers instead when they are sure it is safe.
