Celebrate with a six-course Christmas Eve dinner at Grill 582

This Christmas, Grill 582′s sous chef Siti Arini Darsom will rustle up a six-course Christmas Eve dinner featuring cured duck breast with pomegranate and orange vinaigrette followed by purée of red lentil, feta cheese and smoked olive oil.

After cleansing the palate with some cranberry sorbet, savour the seared barramundi with togarashi crust and fennel emulsion, and tuck into the roasted turkey breast with morel jus, brussels sprout, chestnut and pumpkin. Sweet endings will comprise bread and raisin pudding with stewed berries and eggnog.

The Christmas Eve set menu is priced at RM150.00 per set inclusive of one glass of wine and RM250.00 per set with wine pairing. Available on 24 December 2013 from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Catch carolling performances at the lobby and restaurants on 24 and 25 December.
