Covid-19 Indonesia reported 2,858 new cases total now at 172,053 & 82 new deaths taking total to 7,343

The Health Ministry announced 2,858 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the total number of infections nationwide to 172,053. 

According to data released by the ministry on Sunday, 82 more people have died of the disease, bringing the death toll to 7,343.

 The total number of recovered patients has also increased to 124,185.

 The capital city recorded 1,094 new confirmed cases, bringing the total tally to 39,037.

 Meanwhile, East Java reported 466 new cases, Central Java 138, Riau 134, West Java 103 and West Sumatra 90. 

 The virus has spread to all of the country's 34 provinces. (kmt)
