KUALA LUMPUR: Actress Nur Fathia Abdul Latiff is no stranger to controversies and has frequently riled up Netizens with her off-the-cuff comments on various topics.
Looks like she did it again. On Monday the 30-year-old actress, better known as Fathia Latiff, posted a statement on her Twitter account, @fatiyalatiff, that read: “Im a beauty with brain. Thats an obvious fact. Dont be jealous.”
The self-congratulatory tweet naturally drew a whole slew of rapid responses from the public who were seemingly eager to give the Ariana Rose and Darah Panas star some food for thought.
While most had advised her to think before throwing caution to the wind in expressing herself, others also criticised her dodgy grammar and punctuation in constructing the trumpet blowing statement.
Fathia, who was in London at the time of the tweet, had also hit back at the haters with her own rebuttals, which only served to prolong the kerfuffle.
Aside from that, the actress also sent a tweet to sternly instruct married men to stop direct messaging her and to focus on caring for their respective wives instead.
She added that some had even sent pictures of genitalia to her. Fathia then warned that she’d slap them silly the next time it happened.
