SINGAPORE: A 62-year-old man who allegedly showed an obscene video to two girls at a coffee shop was arrested for causing public nuisance.
A video and photo of a man at the coffee shop was posted on Facebook on Saturday by user Lynne Lim.
Two policemen are seen speaking to another man.
She alleged that the man showed a "lewd, obscene video" to two girls aged 15 and 10 at a coffee shop at Block 111, Toa Payoh Lorong 1.
According to her, the girls' mother screamed at him and approached the police for help. Police then arrived and took statements.
The police told The Straits Times on Monday that they received a call for assistance at Block 111, Lorong 1 Toa Payoh, at 8.29pm on Saturday.
"A 62-year-old man was arrested for causing public nuisance," said the police.
