Warrior Spirit in PM Najib from Gowa ?

In 2009 while visiting Gowa,  Najib Says He Is Not in Gowa to "Rampas Takhta" although he is a descendant of Raja Gowa but to improve family ties. This must be the warrior spirit he is referring to?

Najib: Do not underestimate me, I have warrior spirit

KUCHING: Declaring he has warrior spirit, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak (pic) says he will fight to stay on as Prime Minister, telling a crowd of 10,000 on Thursday, “Do not underestimate me”.

“I will work harder. The blood in me is not any blood. Sometimes I might look very diplomatic. But I have warrior spirit,” Najib said at the “Sarawak for Najib” rally held at Stadium Perpaduan here.

“On 1MDB, we will solve it soon, and all other problems. My heart is with you Sarawak, we see what problems we can solve together.”

Najib also repeated that he had strongly supported Tun Dr Mahathir Mohd when the former PM came under attack.

“When there are no problems, everyone supports. Right? It’s easy. But when there are bit of problems, I believe the problems can be solved.

“During the other PM’s era, there were lots of problems too. Bigger problems sometimes.

“But I strongly supported him for 22 years. I was very loyal (and) because of leaders like me, he stayed on for 22 years.

“This is my era as Prime Minister. I will not step down because of one person.”

Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem gave Najib ringing support, saying this Prime Minister had done more for Sarawak than all five previous Prime Ministers combined.

Adenan said Barisan Sarawak would support Najib because "this is the right thing to do".

Adenan added he was in discussion with the Federal Government to empower the Sarawak Government and for more oil and gas royalties.
