PETALING JAYA: A video of a man kicking and throwing cats, and a girl leaving a cat in a washing machine at a launderette in Malaysia has gone viral.
Closed-circuit television footage showed a man wearing a T-shirt, pants and a cap kicking and throwing a cat.
Later in the video, the man was seen picking up a cat and throwing it towards another cat lying on the ground.
The one and a half minute video ended with a girl in a headscarf putting a white coloured cat in a front-loading washing machine.
She then sat in front of the washing machine's clear plastic door to look and wave to the cat.
She was later seen leaving without taking the animal out of the machine.
The video has since gone viral on social media, and was shared close to 700 times on a Facebook page.
