Chelsea's Jose Mourinho and Eden Hazard win Manager and Player of season awards
Chelsea's Jose Mourinho and Eden Hazard have been named Barclays Premier League Manager of the Year and Barclays Premier League Player of the Year respectively.
The pair have been rewarded for a fine campaign in which the west London club secured the Barclays Premier League title with three matches to spare.
Eden Hazard 2014/15 stats
BPL appearances: 37
BPL goals: 14
BPL assists: 8
BPL Passes made: 1109

Mourinho came out on top for the overall award ahead of a shortlist of Ronald Koeman, of Southampton, Garry Monk, of Swansea City, Leicester City's Nigel Pearson and Arsenal's Arsene Wenger. The Portuguese had previously won the accolade in 2004/05 and in 2005/06 when he masterminded Chelsea's first two BPL title victories.
Ahead of the final match of the season, at home to Sunderland, Mourinho has overseen 25 victories and nine draws in 37 matches at a win percentage of 67.56%.
With 70 goals this season the Blues are the second-highest scorers in the division and with 31 goals conceded they boast the joint-best defence in the country.
"I was not waiting for it, I was never Manager of the Month, but I'm happy with it," said the Chelsea manager. "It's a club trophy, not an individual one. It's for me, my assistants, my players, everybody who works with me. It's something you don't just get by yourself.
"It's the icing on the cake but I work for the cake. The Premier League is the real cake but obviously to be the Manager of the Season is nice."
Hazard was honoured after a stand-out season which also earned him the PFA Player of the Year and the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year.
The 24-year-old's close control and dribbling have set him apart this campaign and have allowed Chelsea to break down the most obdurate of defences. He easily tops the rankings for passes made this campaign (1,109) and fouls won inside the final third (120), as well as for successful dribbles (170).
The Belgium winger has scored 14 BPL goals, including the one that sealed the title against Crystal Palace, and provided eight assists.
