SHAH ALAM : The Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM) reminds the public that no agents or middlemen are appointed for any entry permit application matters.
JIM in a statement to Sinar Harian emphasized that any individual should not easily believe any service offer from irresponsible parties by charging any fee.
According to him, information on the application procedure and the fees charged can be consulted on JIM's official portal.
"JIM has never appointed any agent for such matters.
"People are asked to contact or refer directly to the department for any matters and not to use third party services and so on," he said on Sunday.
JIM added, the public can also check for any questions related to immigration matters by contacting the Online Inquiry System (SPO), https://eapp.imi.gov.my or visiting JIM's official portal https://www.imi.gov.my for any further information.
