Dr Mahathir officially revealed the name of his new party : Parti PEJUANG Tanah Air
"This is why I need to form a new party. I don't want to see too many parties but the old party has been hijacked by Muhyiddin (Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin) and we have been sacked from it," he said.
Dr Mahathir said this new party is not to divide the Malays but to further strengthen the race, religion, country and the people.
"That is why we named this party as Parti Pejuang Tanah Air. This party must be clean from corruption and those who left Bersatu, they can join this party.
The new party he said will rid the country of money politics , kleptocrats and restore dignity of Malays
