The Health Ministry announced 2,037 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the total number of infections nationwide to 153,535.
According to data released by the ministry on Sunday, 86 more people have died of the disease, bringing the death toll to 6,680.
The total number of recovered patients has also increased to 107,500.
The capital city recorded 615 new confirmed cases, bringing the total tally to 33,470. Meanwhile, East Java reported 279 new cases, Central Java 188, West Kalimantan 80, North Sumatra 78, and Gorontalo 72.
The virus has spread to all of the country's 34 provinces. (kmt)
