TELUK INTAN: The motorcyclist who went for a joyride in the nude here has been taken to a hospital for treatment.
Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Marzhuki Mohd Mokhtar said the man, in his 30s, was brought to the hospital by his family.
"After receiving information about the matter at 5pm yesterday (Jan 5), we went to look for the man and found him with his family.
"He is mentally unsound and has a record with the hospital," he said.
"We will investigate the matter under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act for insulting behaviour," he added.
It was reported that the man was spotted riding around town here completely nude.
The incident is believed to have occurred on Friday afternoon, with a video appearing as early as 1pm.
Several videos of the naked man on the motorcycle have since gone viral on social media.

IPOH, Jan 5 — A naked man has been seen riding a motorcycle at Jalan Pasar in Teluk Intan this afternoon.
A 24-second recording of the man who was wearing nothing but a pair of slippers was uploaded on social media at about 1pm.
The scene of the recording was said to be nearby the Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan.
When contacted, Hilir Perak district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Marzukhi Mohd Mokhtar said police are still looking for the man.
“We have yet to receive a police report on the matter,” he said.
In the video, the man seemed to be enjoying the ride and was not bothered about being filmed by passing motorists.
Amused Malaysians had left comments such as “Is Teluk Intan very hot?”, “Must be very hot”, “Someone wants to be famous”, and “Forgot to wear pants”
