A car owner who assaulted an employee of a car wash for ‘dirtying’ his Range Rover was made to apologise and pay a RM5,000


SHAH ALAM: A car owner who assaulted an employee of a car wash for ‘dirtying’ his Range Rover was made to apologise, and pay a RM5,000 compound fine today.
Businessman Mohd Risamuddin Ab Wahab, 36, was ordered by the Shah Alam magistrate's court to apologise and pay the compound by today to the owner and employee of a car wash centre.

Risamuddin was also ordered by magistrate Ellyana Razali to apologise to Bangladeshi worker, Shaheb Ali, for the assault on Oct 17 for supposedly ‘dirtying’ the latter's car.
Shaheb was present in court earlier today with his employer Haziyati Abdul Hamid.
Clad in jeans, black polo tee and a grey sweater, Risamuddin had earlier pleaded guilty under Section 325 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing grevious hurt to Shaheb at the centre in Kampung Baru Subang.
His counsels Nor Ashikin Kamal and Ahmad Faris Khairudin requested their client be compounded under Section 260 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

She said this as a settlement had been reached with Shaheb and Haziyati.
The settlement included an open apology in court to Shaheb.
Risamuddin apologised to Shaheb for what he had done and both had shook hands in court.
