Sure, it's awful. Like, "is this a real effort from a real person" awful.
It is it intentionally bad? ThatRaw has posted a "YouTube reacts" video featuring the model in the video, so they at least seem aware of the kitsch value the video has.
Either way, it's safe to say that the world will never be the same after the arrival of Ice JJ Fish on the scene.
