KUALA LUMPUR: The Jews only talk about the holocaust that recorded six million deaths, but never show appreciation for the millions of lives of soldiers who died, were injured, and were paralyzed for their liberation.

Former Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad in a statement on Facebook on Tuesday also claimed that the Israeli army oppressed the Arabs as the Nazis did to them before.

"You oppress them, kill them, steal their land, build settlements in Arab land.

"You show no appreciation or gratitude to the millions of soldiers who died or were crippled to stop the holocaust to save you," he stressed in the statement.

Tun Mahathir responded to an email written by Felix Pope on July 11, who informed The Jewish Chronicle that he wanted to get his views on a number of issues including anti-Semitic allegations.

In the meantime, Tun Mahathir also claimed that Jews fled from persecution in Europe to Arab lands and were willing to imprison people for insulting them.

“Yes. Jews have pointed noses. Malay people have a flat nose. No problem at all.
"We are called many names. We don't jail people because they insult us.

"The fact is that the Jews fled from European persecution to Arab countries. For hundreds of years there was no war between you and the Arabs.

“But when you seize Arab land and expel them to create the state of Israel, the problems begin.
"You can't deny it," he said.

He insisted, even though he has a Jewish friend, that does not mean he cannot criticize the misbehavior of the race.

“Yes, I have Jewish friends. I will not name them. They are good people.

"But just because I have Jewish friends, doesn't mean I can't condemn Jewish wrongdoing, Jewish oppression and Jewish seizure of Arab land," he added.
