KUALA LUMPUR: The server system for the sale of tickets for the Coldplay: Music of the Spheres World Tour concert which will take place in November, was seen to be facing technical problems as many flocked to buy Coldplay pre-sale tickets.
The review found that users failed to access the purchase button on the Live Nation Malaysia website since 10am.
The error message is displayed after the 'Buy Now' section is clicked by the user.
Some die-hard fans of the band also shared the same experience when they were 'struggling' to buy tickets to a Coldplay concert.
