A video of a woman being whipped with a rubber hose has gone viral. Details of the incident are unclear but its hoped that the Police can investigate and shed some light on this case. A man can be heard in the video accusing the woman of framing him resulting in him loosing his job. Whatever the reason maybe no one has the right to do this despicable act.
