Ex-cop Zakwan donates RM20,000 to P.I. Bala's widow

Cop-turned-businessman Zakwan Hafiz Ahmad Ansari donated RM20,000 to P.I. P. Balasubramaniam's widow for her children's education. Zakwan says she has pawned her jewellery because she has run out of money.
