The "crystal clear" surveillance footage was filmed when Bieber visited a strip club while on the Australian leg of his world tour in November last year.
While the video is yet to surface, Bieber is allegedly seen wearing a baseball cap backwards, accompanied by a security guard and his two topless acquaintances.
The footage allegedly sees the 19-year-old in "compromising positions" while a source alleges Biebs romped "with two strippers during which he spanks their bum and pulls off their panties with his teeth."
Upon his release, Bieber briefly sat on top of a black Cadillac Escalade, where he waved to screaming fans and media.
Bieber's Queensland visit wasn't exactly smooth sailing. The teen idol was criticised by Gold Coast mayor Tom Tate for undermining the city's efforts to fight graffiti, after Bieber tagged the wall of his hotel, QT, with cartoon faces in fluorescent paint on an outdoor wall.
He then flew to Sydney where he headed straight to a Kings Cross strip club to party the night away.
The 19-year-old pop star arrived in Australia after a troubled Latin American tour.
He apologised to Argentinians after images appeared to show him dragging that country's flag across the stage with his feet. He quit one concert early after apparently contracting food poisoning, and police in Brazil want to question him about another graffiti incident there.
Meanwhile Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license late last month after police saw the pop star street racing in Miami.
"What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?" Bieber reportedly asked the arresting police officer.
Bieber was released from a Miami jail an hour after he made a brief appearance through a video link before a Miami judge.

On Monday RadarOnline reported a tape of the 19-year-old performing lewd acts on strippers in November is being shopped around. The site saw a grab from the footage and is insisting it's authentic.
Taken in Queensland, Australia during the Baby singer's tour, the star is seen spanking a female performer and taking off another woman's underwear with his teeth.

In October he was spotted at the strip club VLive in Texas where the management reported he asked for $75,000 worth of one dollar bills so he could make it 'rain,' which is to throw money on top of the naked women's heads.
One stripper said that the former YouTube sensation 'touched my a**.' She added, 'I almost fainted.'
The LA resident was also seen at VLive holding a drink as he stood on the very dollar bills he had just tossed in the air.

The performer pleaded not guilty and was found to have Xanax and marijuana in his system.
The teen was also arrested in Toronto, Canada after an alleged December beating of a limo driver who was driving him away from a Toronto Maple Leads ice hockey game.
The star has been charged with assault and is due to appear in court on March 10.
On Monday the star tweeted a message to the police: 'dear cops. my beliebers wont hurt me, all is ok' [sic].
