Sivakumar dropped from the Cabinet
Former Human Resources Minister, V SivakumarKUALA LUMPUR: A minister and two deputy ministers were dropped from the new Cabinet announced by the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, today.
The minister who was dropped was V Sivakumar who previously headed the Ministry of Human Resources.
The position of Minister of Human Resources is now held by Steven Sim Chee Keong, who was previously the Deputy Minister of Finance.
The Deputy Ministers who were dropped are the Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Legal and Institutional Reform), Ramkarpal Singh and the Deputy Minister of Plantation and Commodities, Datuk Siti Aminah Aching.
