KUALA LUMPUR: The "Datuk Seri" implicated in an assault case involving three People's Voluntary Corps (Rela) personnel has tested positive for drugs and has a prior record for a similar offence, says Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim.
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said that Nicky Liow, a 29-year-old businessman, had a police record for drug consumption.

On Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's call for police to investigate the validity of the suspect's "Datuk Seri" title, Noor Rashid said police would look into the matter.
