JOHOR BARU: They left together for a holiday in Terengganu a week ago. That was the last their families saw of them.
Early Wednesday, the bodies of Luqman Jainie, Abu Izzani Abu Bakar, Nik Shakir Zufayri and Muhammad Asyraf Isa, all aged 21, were found together trapped in a car which had crashed into a river at Tenggaroh near Mersing.

It is learnt that a member of the public found the car in the river located at KM50 along Jalan Kota Tinggi-Mersing and called the fire department.
Personnel from the Mersing Fire and Rescue station pulled the car out of the river and the bodies were taken to Mersing Hospital.
Mersing OCPD Deputy Supt S.M Kumar said the families of the missing four were helping to identify the bodies.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd is expected to hold a press conference on the case.
The four had left their homes in Seri Alam here in a Honda Accord at about 9.30pm last Wednesday to travel to Terengganu.
Their families lodged a missing persons reports after failing to contact them on Feb 10.
