      Liverpool FC arrives in Malaysia for their final stop in their pre-season Asia Tour after successful outings in Bangkok, Brisbane and Adelaide.

      SHAH ALAM: Liverpool FC arrived in Malaysia Tuesday night and were greeted by their faithful fans at the Saujana Hotel Resort.
      Fans were thrilled to see the likes of captain Jordan Henderson, Simon Mignolet, Martin Skrtel, Lucas Leiva and Adam Lallana along with new signings James Milner, Danny Ings and Divock Origi in person.
      Also spotted were former Liverpool players Robbie Fowler, Ian Rush, Luis Garcia and Didi Hamann.
      The players and staff of the Merseyside team were garlanded, while a kompang group played in the background.
      Earlier on, die-hard fans could be heard belting out songs and chants to their team.
      The 18-time English champions and five-time European champions will play a Malaysian selection this Friday at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.
      The match is organised by the Football Association of Malaysia and promoted by ProEvents International.
      The team also be making appearances at various events during the week.
      In their previous pre-season matches so far, Brendan Rogers' team defeated the Thai All Stars 4-0, Brisbane Roar 2-1 and Adelaide United 2-0.
      This is the second time Liverpool is coming to Malaysia.
      In 2011, fans were treated to a goal fest when the English Premier League team beat Malaysia 6-3 in front of a packed stadium.
