Wushu Athlete Phoon Eyin Wins the 1000th Gold Medal For Malaysia Since Participation In The SEA Games

The athletes also made history by winning the 1,000 medal for Malaysia since participation in the SEA Games (then SEAP Games) in 1959.
Phoon Eyin sprang a surprise by winning the third gold medal via the women's Qiangshu event.
