ANKARA: Turkiye is the world leader in drone production and ranks 11th globally in defense industry exports, Turkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Sunday, Anadolu Ajansi (AA) reported.
He stated this at a meeting of the Justice and Development Party (AK) in the capital Ankara.
He said the country was on the verge of major transformation and encouraging economic success, adding that "developments in our region will facilitate this process." Erdogan also informed that the government has prepared a reform program for the "Turkiye Century," which he described as "comprehensive" and will "increase the country's growth potential and productivity."
