YouTube Premium subscription prices have increased in Malaysia

YOUTUBE has reportedly increased the subscription price for YouTube Premium in Malaysia.
In Malaysia, the YouTube Premium individual plan is offered at a price of RM20.90 per month, while the family plan is RM41.90 per month to be shared with five family members.
Previously, the individual plan was RM17.90 per month, the family plan was RM33.90 per month, and the student plan was RM10.90 per month.
This increase is seen in parallel with the increase made by YouTube in several countries over the past few months.
The price increase this time also involves the Singapore market.
The student plan also shows a price increase to RM12.90 per month compared to RM10.90 per month previously.
Through YouTube Premium, users can enjoy ad-free access to videos, the ability to download and watch offline, play videos in the background while using other apps, and even access to YouTube Music.
