Trader's Hotel continues it's 10th Anniversary Celebrations with A Michelin Star Chef Theodor Falser at Gobo Upstairs. Chef Theodor is reknowned for his Gourmet Italian Cuisine using wild herbs and vegetables to create tastes and aromas of his native land.

Chef Theodor has come up with an Italian Menu that is bound to tantalise the taste buds of KL foodies who are fortunate to taste his creations. Trader's threw a "Tuscany Wine Dinner" for some of the city's media and bloggers last night showcasing some of items from Chef Theodor's menu, pairing it with some exquisite Tuscan Wines by Ruffino.
Chef Theodor's creations were in small "michelin" portions but come to the end of the dinner you will be truly satisfied. Just be forewarned that if you are ordering the Dry Aged "entrecote" steak although full of flavor it is a bit tough but i am told it's supposed to be like that.

This is an experience that you cannot miss, Chef Theodor's creation will be available for lunch and dinner From 18 to the 24th of April 2016 at Gobo Upstairs. There are two person and four person set menu's available or you can simply order from the Ala Carte Menu. He is scheduled to do a cooking class on April 23, 2016
