Alleged sex workers nabbed, 70 condoms found at health spa

PETALING JAYA: Fourteen female foreigners allegedly working as sex workers were detained after a raid at a health spa by the Kuala Lumpur police D7 team.
According to KL CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad, police raided the spa located in Jalan Changkat at 11.30am on Thursday.
He added that an “agent provocateur” was earlier sent in by the police to confirm that unscrupulous business was being conducted on the premises.
During the raid, police nabbed the 14 women - from China, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia - and found 70 condoms.
The detainees were brought to the Dang Wangi police station for further investigations.
