PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Nazir Razak has posted a photo of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his ex-deputy Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Instagram, calling it the duo’s “last supper” together.
The picture was taken at a Raya Open House hosted by Nazir on July 27, one day before Muhyiddin was dropped from the Cabinet.
“One for the history books - Oblivious (host) to their last supper together,” the CIMB group chairman posted from his account, nazir.razak, on Sunday.
In the picture, Najib and Muhyiddin were all smiles as they shared a light moment with Nazir, who is the younger brother of the Prime Minister.
Muhyiddin, who is Umno deputy president was dropped as deputy prime minister in a Cabinet reshuffle on Tuesday.
Also dropped from the new line-up was Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, as the Prime Minister sought to reinforce a unified and committed Cabinet in facing the challenges affecting the nation
