Selangor MB crisis: PKR condemns "traitor PAS" banner

PETALING JAYA: PKR has condemned the "provocative" banners in which party strategist Rafizi Ramli was quoted as accusing PAS of being a "traitor, racist and anti-democratic".
PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil said Rafizi "firmly denied" uttering those words.
"We have directed party members to take down the malicious banners," Fahmi said in a statement on Tuesday.
"PKR condemns the provocative manner in which our enemies are taking advantage of the current situation in Selangor to direct attention to their own personal agenda. Stop your uncivilized political games," said Fahmi.
PAS has yet to confirm their alliance in the wake of the Selangor Mentri Besar crisis While its coalition partners, PKR and DAP, have agreed on the removal of Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim from his post.
PAS said it will make a final decision on the issue at a meeting on Aug 17.
