Two Venues, Two Different Dining Experiences.
Melting Pot and Concorde Ballroom will showcase authentic dishes from ‘desa’ (kampung), simple dishes yet appetizing, flavourful.
Break fast with family members and business associates with mouth-watering dishes such as gulai ikan puyu dengan ubi kemili, daging salai masak lemak belimbing, rendang ayam pencen, udang galah tiga rasa, siput sedut daun selasih, kari kepala ikan along with Concorde’s signature favourites, sup gearbox and whole roast lamb. Nasi ulam, nasi briyani, laksa johor, bubur lambuk and other specialties will definitely entice one’s tastebuds. Buffets menus rotates daily consisting local and international foods. Live music by Bergema 5 strollers at Melting Pot Café.
What’s in store at the Ballroom? The foyer and inside the hall will be transformed into a typical kampung scene. There are buffet stalls, pondok kawah displaying wonderful array of dishes.
On stage, local favourite band, Balle Balle entertains diners with upbeat ghazal tunes. Corporate companies who wish to make group bookings can enjoy cosy dining right here. Promotion at the Ballroom starts on July 7 onwards.
