MACC raids CCM headquarters for a third time in a week

PUTRAJAYA: Graft investigators raided theCompanies Commission of Malaysia on Thursday (Jan 17) - the third time in a week.
Investigators are believed to have spent close to six hours searching for files and documents that could help build their case.
Sources at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) confirmed the raid.
On Jan 9 and 14, investigators visited the CCM headquarters in Kuala Lumpur as part of a probe into allegations of a RM500mil project scandal.
In November last year, Kinabatangan MP Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin, speaking in the Dewan Rakyat, called on authorities to investigate the commission's high-impact projects that he claimed had elements of corruption when being awarded.
