A JILTED boyfriend drugged and raped his 29-year-old girlfriend after she turned down his marriage proposals, China Press reported.
She rejected the man’s previous proposals and again on Aug 5 when they were on the way to his place in Kuala Lumpur.
The man then showed her a video of them having sex and threatened to make the footage public if she still did not agree to marry him.
The couple had a fight in the car before the man stopped at a convenience store to get some drinks. He reportedly handed her a can, which was already open.
She started feeling sick about 20 minutes later and told him to cancel the evening’s plan.
Instead of sending her home, he took her to a hotel where she fainted. He then smashed her mobile phone and raped her in the room before leaving her there.
The woman, after regaining consciousness, sought help from a hotel employee and alerted the police.
