TRADERS HOTEL WINE DINNER SERIES
In Continuation of Trader Hotels Wine Dinner's Series, Traders Hotel recently presented a wine dinner at it's Gobo Upstairs Restaurant that was worthy of a Michelin Star. The Wine Dinner was in collaboration with their major wine supplier Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd.
The fare that was presented left the 100 over diners in awe. A Menu was specially created by Chef Kelvin, as each dish was uniquely presented with lots of imagination.
Each course was paired with Wines from Rathbone Wine Group who own the Wineries Xanadu, Margaret River and Yering Station. Luen Heng showcased some very good wines such as (Yering Station - TROPHY, Best Cabernet Sauvignon at the Royal Sydney Wine Show 2015) (Xanadu - 97 POINTS, 2012 Reserve Pinot Noir at the James Holliday, Top 100 Wines 2015 )

As guest was feted to the dinner the Commercial Director Of Rathbone Wine Group Gordon Gebbie gave the guest a brief on the wines that were being paired with each dish. Unlike at some other wine dinners, you could have your glass topped up again if you liked any of the wines. Annie Lundin the Asia Pacific Export Manager was also on hand to receive guest at the dinner and brief them on the wines they were having.
