A man had a shock when he found the body of his missing brother in a car parked by the roadside today. The victim, in his early 40s, was found in a pool of blood in the front passenger seat of his Toyota Vios which was parked by the roadside at Jalan SS 15/2A here, around midnight.
The victim suffered wounds to his body and head. Earlier, the 46-year old brother had lodged a police report after receiving a phone call from the victim's friend around 10.30pm, informing him that they had been assaulted by a group of men at Jalan SS 15/2A.
The men let the victim's friend go, but whisked the victim and his car away.
Following the report, police took immediate action by tracking the victim's mobile phone location via a satellite search.
This led police to his black Toyota Vios parked in SS15. Subang Jaya police chief Assistant Commissioner Yahaya Ramli said police found a knife with a black handle in the rear of the car. The victim's body was sent to Serdang hospital for a post-mortem.
